Shipping Charges
All shipping originates from the Los Angeles, California area.
An 8.25% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped within California.
All of our products are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Please contact us for overnight shipping at (661) 702-8504 or email us at wholesale@laisydaisydogdesigns.com and please type “overnight shipping” in the subject line.

Return/Exchange Policy
Laisy Daisy Dog Designs always guarantees your satisfaction. In the case of a return, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price; however, the refund will not include the shipping and handling costs.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem we can exchange your item/s.  Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order. All returned shipping fees and insurance will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.  You must obtain a return authorization number before sending back your item for exchange. For a return authorization number please email return requests to wholesale@laisydaisydogdesign.com and please type “return authorization” in the subject line. The RA# must be on the outside of the box or merchandise will be refused.

For your protection, we suggest you send your exchange via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.

Please note:
We cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that has been open, used and not in it’s original packaging.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be traceable, and will serve as evidence of mailing.

Although we want you to be satisfied with your order we will allow one exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur an additional re-stocking and shipping and handling fee of $15.

Customer Care
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available. If you have any questions regarding your back order please contact Customer Service during office hours.

  3. "Neck" a comfortable distance around your dog’s neck.
